VRI is a member of the "HR Excellence in Research" Community for our commitment to consistently supporting and managing HR processes in line with European requirements for quality HR management in research according to the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. We met the conditions and necessary requirements for certification. We are one of the institutions entitled to use this certificate in recognition of the transparency, openness and quality of HR standards in research.
DOCUMENT (March 2023): VRI Policy for Recruitment and Selection of Employees
This OTM-R public document outlines in detail the steps of our internal recruitment and selection process. The aim is to describe the internal system for recruiting researchers and other VRI employees, which respects the principles of the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and which provides more detailed information for all stakeholders in the process. This document is an output of Action 5 of our VRI HRS4R Action Plan 2022-2026.
