DOCUMENT (March 2023): VRI Policy for Recruitment and Selection of Employees

This OTM-R public document outlines in detail the steps of our internal recruitment and selection process. The aim is to describe the internal system for recruiting researchers and other VRI employees, which respects the principles of the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and which provides more detailed information for all stakeholders in the process. This document is an output of Action 5 of our VRI HRS4R Action Plan 2022-2026.
