On 6 March 2024, RNDr. Luděk Eyer, Ph.D. (from the Laboratory of Emerging Viral Diseases), was presented with a diploma of associate professor in the field of "Molecular and Cell Biology and Genetics". He defended his habilitation thesis on "Replication cycle inhibitors of medically important viral pathogens" last November at the Faculty of Science of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
