Max Planck Society set to collaborate with CEITEC

The Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science is a non-governmental association of German research institutes based in Munich. Patrick Cramer, President of this society which is one of the most renowned scientific organisations supporting basic research, visited Brno and some of the CEITEC Consortium sites.

On this occasion, May 16, 2024, he signed the Memorandum of Understanding together with representatives from the institutions comprising the CEITEC Consortium – Masaryk University, Brno University of Technology, Mendel University in Brno, University of Veterinary Sciences Brno, Institute of Physics of Materials, and the Veterinary Research Institute – alongside Pavel Tomančák, the Consortium Director. The content of the Memorandum encompasses collaboration in research and support for the mobility of researchers.
